man don’t ever compare one of these to a cbr or any other 125 cc sportbike for it matter. they’re not full size, the tire feel like wood. the brake is terrible. why do you think they go for 1,800 buck when aprilia throw their rs125 out at 4,700

Yes, You do need a motorcycle license to operate this bike. Minors can not ride it on the public roads. But, they can off froad.
